Industry/Project Background Introduction
In modern construction, collision accidents are prone to occur when multiple tower cranes work together, and traditional manual monitoring has blind spots and delayed responses. The anti-collision system for tower cranes based on LiDAR deploys high-precision sensors at key positions such as the crane arm and balance arm to scan the three-dimensional space environment within a radius of 200 meters in real-time. The system can dynamically track the precise location of other tower cranes, buildings, and obstacles. When potential collision risks are detected, it automatically triggers sound and light warnings and limits dangerous direction operations, with a response time of less than 100 milliseconds. This plan reduces the collision accident rate by more than 95%, and achieves full process visual monitoring of operations through a digital management platform, significantly improving the safety level of high-altitude operations.
